Sam and Josie Holmgren are the co-founders of Hope & Dignity Foundation, where they bring their complementary gifts and shared belief that every person deserves dignity, opportunity, and hope for a brighter future.

As Executive Director, Sam draws on his background in media production and communications to unite mission-driven leadership with the power of storytelling. He is passionate about building partnerships and expanding opportunities for individuals and families through housing support, youth development, job-skills training, and compassionate community outreach.

As Operations Director, Josie brings the perspective of an immigrant and the experience of a dedicated community advocate. She works to create practical pathways to stability and growth through mentorship, housing assistance, job-skills training, and compassionate outreach.

Together, Sam and Josie are building a community where compassion becomes action, people are met with dignity, and everyone has the opportunity to thrive.
